April Date--Take a Hike!

March's date was something Jonathan enjoys, so I made April's date night be something that I enjoy--hiking.  I like hiking and can sometimes get the kids or the whole family to do it with me, but it is usually an easier and shorter trail.  This time I got to push myself a little harder.  Jonathan and I hiked and talked and looked for wildlife.  We saw a couple of deer, some bats, lots of birds and bugs and we heard a mountain lion. 

The deer blends in, but look hard and you will see it. 

We packed a lunch and had fun taking pictures of each  other.
