Braedi's Birthday Party

It's a week before her birthday, but tonight was Braedi's party. Braedi invited 5 friends--1 didn't come, but another brought her sister so there were still 5 girls. They made mini-pizzas (english muffins with toppings), tied material on flip-flops,ate dinner (pizza, cheetos, veggies, and juice), played a couple of games,

pin the bug on the flower

toss the bug into the flowerpot

decorated cupcakes (cupcakes in an ice-cream cone topped with whipped cream and sprinkles--don't you remember doing those when you were a kid?),

and opened presents. Braedi got some Barbie stuff, Littlest Pet Shop animals and money.

Braedi said she had a fun time and I enjoyed watching her and her friends. We'll celebrate as a family next week.
