Buttermilk Pancakes
Today for cooking class we made buttermilk pancakes. My intention was to have the kids make them for breakfast this morning, but I wasn't in the mood for cooking this morning, so we had breakfast for dinner. That is always a treat for the kids. There wasn't anything special about this class. Jonathan was home to help. He took a lot of pictures, and it was his job to teach the kids when to turn the pancakes. The recipe we used was kind of weird. The pancakes tasted alright, but the texture was weird.

Hmmm... we had pancakes for dinner too! Sometimes, Jackie lets the children help - which they love!
ReplyDeleteMy kids love flipping pancakes and grill cheese on the griddle. They they think it is so fun. Funny note Audrey is siting on my lap right now and she can see Faythe's picture on your blog and she is talking to it just like she was sitting in the same room. 2 year olds are so funny!
